Best location and beautiful grounds!

We are heading back to this place in June and I cannot wait. We loved this place from the minute we arrived. I highly recommend, if you can afford it, upgrade to the pool access rooms. They are worth every penny. Breakfast is amazing! There are supermarkets and 7/11's next door so you can buy lots of your own snacks for next to nothing. I don't recommend this hotel if your looking for a party atmosphere or kid friendly. It is a boutique resort that is more designed for couples or those seeking a more peaceful hotel. The nightlife is within walking distance or a short tuk tuk if your up for a big night anyway. I can't wait to go back and we wouldn't stay any where else!!!

Liked: Location, pool access room, friendly staff, punctuality and reliability of transfers
Disliked: hard Asian bed, some construction work happening that we weren't warned about

Ok hotel with an all right location

My fiancee and i stayed 7 nights here. Check in took half an hour for someone who had booked a junior suite which was a bit disapointing. they required a deposit on check in which wew weren´t told about when we booked it back home, so we had to give them $100 AUD of our spending money. the first 4 nights were a nightmare. Room number 2103 we were eaten alive nearly every night by mosquitos. we were burning 2-3 mosquito coils a day until my partner had been bitten once too many times and insisted we get changed to another room. the room we got was better than the room we booked, and no msquitos. if we come back the Thailand we won´t be staying at the Buasari.

Nice Hotel with convenient location

The hotel is pleasantly nice, especially the dining and breakfast area. It also has 2 pools to cater to rooms located in the front and latter part of hotel.
The nice touches are that mini bar is included in the room rate and the straw basket provided in the room is a thoughtful gesture for you to bring the necessities to the beach.
The slight draw back is the Deluxe Room is slightly small and a bit too expensive for the rate we pay. And also there is no real pool view from the rooms due to the overgrown greens around the pool. Also, the TV reception is also not clear. Perhaps the rooms we stayed in are due for upgrade as I manage to catch a glimpse of some rooms with nice LCD TVs.
Neverthelss, overall a nice property to come back to again.

Great location and value for money

A great place to stay if you want a quiet spot to get away from the mad rush of patong, but only a hundred meteres from all the action. Suprisingly quiet for being so close to the main beach. Rooms are contemporary and very clean. Breakfast is all you could ask for. Pools are realxing though not big. We stayed here twice and would highly recommend it - though book through interenet sites as you can get much better value for money.

QUite Good

i was there prior to the Tsunami in 2004. Cant really comment if there are significant changes in the place after that dreadful incident. Overall experience was good, pool view, rooms were clean and Zen design. Breakfast wise, dont really expect much for Thailand hotels . Anyway the main idea of holidaying in Phuket was to enjoy the sun & the sea. Waliking distance to the sea and shops nearby. Me & my wife really enjoy that trip
