Very good location!! just 5 minute walk to Patong Beach and easy to find out supermarket and good restaurant around there.Room was clean and very comfy.Free internet access and Free transfer are the good reason to choose the hotel.When we arrive at the hotel the staff also smile and served us good service.

We stayed 2 nights in C&N Hotel and 1 night in another 5-stars hotel. However, C&N provided us better service than another.We having great massage in C&N hotel each day during our stay. We will be back to this hotel in future and will fully recommend to other friends.

Hotel very much. Net, can not hear the neighbors (and maybe they are not noisy) Very friendly, helpful staff. Greeted at the airport as expected, despite the late arrival. Room small but comfortable, has everything you need, Wai Fai worked normalno.Inogda night was heard music from the bars, but for me it does not matter.All shops close to the beach 7 minutes of slow walking.value for money in my ideal.

Strategic location to move around. 3 minits walk to Jungceylon Mall and Bangla Road. Staff very friendly and for sure I will come back again!

When I booked your hotel it was included an airport transfer one way from airport to hotel. I did not get this service from you. I saw the sign C&N at the airport but nobody was there and I had to take a taxi and pay 650 THB for this one way transfer which is not what I booked through your web site.
According to your hotel the agent did not inform your hotel about the pick up so I had to pay for it.
YOu should refund this amount back to me to my credit card.
I am not happy with kind of service

Awesome Hotel

C&N Hotel is a great place to stay. Close to the new mall and Bang La road is a 2 minute walk. The rooms are nice and you cant hear the noise of Bang La at night. Hotel picked me up at the hotel for free with a 3 night stay. Great food served across the street from the hotel. Can't wait to go back.

Great location. Did not enjoy the breakfast as it cooked to order, never got the same breakfast(American) when placed same order the next day. Breakfast took too long to serve.
Did not like the hotel due to other guesses activities!! which hotel allowed. Tourists with Thai ladies(unfortunately they do not dressed like ladies) pretended to be a couple romantically in love. And the worst was old man(60s) going in/out of the hotel holding hands with very young Thai man(early 20s). These were enough for me to checked out of the hotel the next day as these were not acceptable for my family stay.
However anybody that comes to holiday with these kind of activities then this hotel is great for the money and location.
I do not recommended this hotel for family stay..

i really like this hotel its my second time i stayed in c&n hotel the service is very good room is clean it has every thing in it even the room has umberella for the rain ,,,location is very special

Having tried several hotels around this location, C&N are really value for money. The Location is superb if you like the night life, the breakfast is great value for money, the service is excellent and staff are very courteous. In a nutshell - great value for money and I would live there again - no hesitations.

C&N Hotel offered us the most excellent stay yet again. The room was incredible for its price, with the full amenities of a hotel, and friendly and helpful staff (although they tried every ways and means to sell you a ride on the company car for 500bht when we inquired about how to get to Phuket Town - btw it costs roughly about 300bht by taxi, but that is to be expected).
The breakfast didn't have much variety and some dishes were sadly lacking, but there is a cafe directly facing the entrance to the hotel which serves excellent Thai cuisine. Seems also that many men are brought there by their Thai "friends", we were speculating if these Thai "friends" got a cut from the restaurant, but probably not because the dishes are really good for the price you pay, which is comparable if not slightly lower than some other ghetto places around Patong.
Hotel is walking distance within every thing you could possibly want in Patong, Jungceylon the shopping mall is just a stone's throw away, cut through Soi Bangla and you've arrived at the beach.
Lovely stay! Would definitely vacation there again if I go to Phuket.

If you are a practical person looking for value, this is your hotel. It's perfect for Bangla Soi. If the beach is important to you, there are hotels that are closer.

IS good to had a place like C&N hotel in patong this is the 6 time in phuket 2 time stay in C&N 2 time booking with hotel 2 thailand.com no problem .As i say is a good place to stay near big shopping centre night spot food centre and for those who that drive free carpark .what can i say is value for money last for those wanted to rent a car (airport carrent co)not bad nice staff price good company just outside airport.
