We have booked Deluxe Plus Room. Room is big spacious clean and calm. Fantastic hotel surrounded by great lagoons, big pools, beautiful beach, and tastefully decorated rooms. Hotel staff are very friendly and eager to please, everything is served with a smile, nothing too much trouble.
Unfortunately, Karon beach is not the good place for swim, the waves are always very high. But you can buy one day trip to some quite island and have fun there instead.

I liked the grounds layout, the lagoons & pools & waterfalls. I liked it that all the security staff saluted us! I liked the crossing patrol guard at the beach raod. All the staff could not have done anything better.
