Nice location, about 5 minutes walk to the beach. Close to centre of Patong yet far enough for a relaxing time

This hotel is quite good for our budget.Clean room and good location we can walk to the seafood restaurant,bar and not far from the beach.Good staff and professional.

If you are looking for free WiFi in the rooms then Ibis does not have it, but they have free WiFi in their lobby area and its pretty fast and good.
Rooms are a little small and compact in design but still comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.
Nice atmosphere to the hotel despite it being one of the international chain hotels. A smallish pool that is adequate for chilling. Friendly and helpful staff. Adequate buffet breakfast to fill you up for the day's activities.

Nice hotel with a small room

The first impression was good, lobby quite spacious, swimming pool is nice. But there's no one helping you with the luggage, you have to bring it by your own. The room and bathroom are small. Location is near to the beach, just walk a few minutes, not far from many store and restaurant. But if you want the hip and party area, then its quite far by foot.

Overall i like this hotel. The location is a bit far form town but at the same time, i like the privacy. Need to improve on the breakfast items. Same menu everyday. Can be boring.

Not bad hotel

The location is quite close to the beach. The staff are friendly. But the bed is hard and uncomfortable. It does not have Room service, if you want food u have to go down to the lobby bar to order and bring up the room. The room is noisy on weekends night when party goers return to room u can hear their foot steps and chatting sounds. Overall its quite value for money.

This is the second time this month that I have stayed at this hotel for a 4 days. The service this time was as good as the last: excellent in every respect. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This was a great hotel. The rooms are spotless. The staff was super. I can say nothing that would detract from this hotel. It is run in a real Thai spirit of friendliness and service. I believe that it is a great value for the money.
