No Lift

The staff were informative. Good thing was the well-trained of hotel staff. They were wso impressive. They took care of all guests and supplying what we wanted with smile. Bad thing was no elevator that made me felt tired everytime I went and back from/to hotel. I stayed on the 4th floor on the hillside. It was a tough climbing to my room under 70 years old as me.

Worth the money and its really a great place to live in, away from the busy and rowdy patong beach but slightly too far away. Lotsa climbin to do in the hotel but overall its a great place

Nice Hotel, But no lift!

If you look at the picture, the back building are the rooms. The front building is the lobby and second floor is the restaurant. You have to walk up 73 steps to get to the first floor rooms! I was on the third floor and have to tell you, I was out of breath when I got to my room. If you like to walk up many steps, this is a very nice hotel. For me, I want a lift!

I like about the house keeping, very fast and efficient. The room is big and smell nice when enter.
I dislike the breakfast... only two variety... American breakfast or continential breakfast. Not buffet style. And the toliet stink at night that the drain smell occupy the air in the toliet.

Room large & surprisingly quiet, nice restaurant, helpful staff, interesting set-up on hill slope, only drawback is the missing elevator

I stayed here January 2007 the staff were very friendly.It is a 20 minute walk from the beach but when your on holidays whats 20 mins.Room was cleaned every day and they are spacious and comfortable.have been to Patong 4 times now and this is the best value for money i have experienced.Will defineately booking this hotel again.

Great value with access to best beaches

The location is great if you want to explore the best Phuket beaches on a motorcycle. (Rent one for US7 per day) The beaches to the south of Patong are truly amazing and not as crowded as Patong. Great service, a pleasant restaurant and spotless rooms.

Really liked the room. Bed was very comfortable, A/C was outstanding, bathroom was spacious and clean and wireless internet access was flawless and fast! Would stay here again! Location was quiet, yet close enough to the beach via Tuk Tuk for 100 B.

Stayed in a pool studio - very nice. But lots of steps to the room (not as many as garden and pool view rooms!!) - hard work after walking into Patong.
Convenient for beach (5+ min walk) but a long walk into central Patong - however suited us wanted quiet!!
Staff generally helpful but beware we did have small amounts of cash taken from the safe deposit box!! Sort of spoiled an otherwise good experience.

The hotel was great and the staff where really helpful I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone. Please note that there is no elevator at this hotel but just as for a room on lower floor overall excellent stay thanks will use again

I stayed in this hotel last year for about 2 weeks. Its one of the best values in Patong for those looking for a hotel that are affordable, clean, quiet and with services that are very flexible to accomodate your needs. When I asked to change rooms with a better view...they did it...I wanted to extend my stay for the same rate i got on the internet, they accepted it. Late check out..no problem and no charge. Guest visitors...also no problem and no charge. Room service is quick, cheap and food is great. Staff was friendly and polite.
For the price, I doubt you´ll find another hotel in Patong with this size of the rooms, this cleanliness and this comfortable atmoshpere. Strongly recomended.

Since the hotel seems to be catering more for Europeans,maybe they could change the breakfast to resemble what Europeans are used to back home.

Your description should mention that there are no elevators and many stairs,not only get up to the hotel but also between each floor. Far from the beach and not well known by others/locals to get reliable transportation to hotel. What they serve in the morning can hardly be called anything more than small snack. It definitely does not qualify as a continental breakfast. Overall not pleased with the hotel and would never return. It definitely does not qualify as a 4 star hotel.

My wife and I stayed at your hotel at the end of Jan and had agreat time. The Hotel and rooms were kept at a very high standed during our stay and the restaurant menu and service was exellent. The staff are a credit to the Hotel due to the great service they offer. They are very helpfull and always have a smile, keep up the good work and hope to be back in the near future.

It’s a really nice hotel, but little away from the beach (15-20 mins. walk). This hotel is NOT wheel chair friendly (no lifts). Therefore you will be required to use the steps every time you go in and out of the hotel.

I visited Lee hotel when it first started not long ago. It´s very clean and the room is comfortable. If i remember, we stayed in D3 room.

Hi myself and friend recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel
We stayed from 12th-17th of Sept Dwayne and Luke room c106 and very recently
(23rd) myself Dwayne stayed in room c101
We had a great stay at your hotel your staff were very friendly from the moment we were picked up at the airport from our flight until leaving the hotel on Saturday morning they did whatever they could to make our stay more enjoyable.
Myself and Luke have nothing but praise for your staff and i have and will tell anyone looking to stay in Phuket to stay at your hotel.
>From coming back to the hotel at 6 in the morning to letting us recover the day after until well into the afternoon!! yet you still cleaned our room that afternoon.
This is exceptional service and highl regarded as some of the best i have ever received in a hotel anywhere in the world.
Please pass our thanks onto all the staff who really made our stay in Phuket that much more enjoyable.
I look forward to returning in December to spend my Christmas and New Year in your hotel
