Mercure Phuket Deevana

Out of the 4 days my room needed to be made up, for 2 days I had to chase up the front desk people/services repeatedly to have my room made up, as on both ocassions the room had not be made up even in around 6 PM! For the other two days I was not sure because I only returned to the hotel late in the evening.

On the day of departure my pre-booked car arrived late and one of the hotel receptioninst (a young man) turned out to be extremely helpful. He called the car office, and to the taxi driver many times and eventually, helped us out to secure transport to the airport knowing that driver could not arrive in time. Much appreciation to the staff of Mercure Putong in this respect.
