Sorry for the hotel but some staff is very bad!!! The 3 first night ask to my wife about her ID card same she are Joiner!!!only because she is Thai!!!I think that a good staff need first ask about the room number and so he can see that 2 people live on this room!!! One night we walking on the beach and while turning over back to the hotel, we wanted to sit us on the chairs of the bar of the hotel... A man of the security, sitted with his girlfriend, like in love ones, and who listened music together... This guy, aggressively said to us to leave the place! Without same rising, he said to us that he was prohibited to sit down here!!! we said to him that we were customers, but him said to us to respect this place??? in the morning we speak with the reception about this problem... 2 days later, when this same guy see us, it pointed us with him finger by threatening us!!! My wife said to him to respect the customers!!! he answered her:" keep silence yourself or I box you..."!!!??? we went to feel sorry for us with the reception... we ask about the name of this guy... and another staff said that don't know his name???!!!... YES... WHAT FOR STAFF???!!! you can go to see www.advisor.com!!! we are not alone to thinking about this hôtel have some very bad staff... i'm going 5 time in this hotel but i think that this year was the last time!!!

I and my wife and our 1 year old daughter had a really lovely time. We really like the place....beach front and at the same time within walking distance to Bangla Road. The staff is helpful. The room is clean and comfortable, and we were given a baby cot. The swimming pool is also clean.
