This was our second visit to Poppa Palace, great location, value for money large deluxe rooms. clean and spotless. Staff of first class customer service.
Buffet breakfast of many choices to suit all tastes. Would recommend Poppa Palalace for stay in Patong

food is only little choices, The room smelled damp, bed and pillow are hard, but stuff there is very friendly and helpful

We found this hotel to be excellent value for money. We had the family room which was very spacious and clean. If you have 2-4 children you won't find better value for money. Good location close to shops, restaurants and beach.

Poppa Palace is a great hotel to stay where the staffs there are friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. Easy to get food.

Poppa palace is a really good value mid range hotel. Rooms are nice enough for the price and my room had a king size bed which was great.

Could have a better access road direct to patong beach instead of back lane. During rain, road leading to main road was flooded.
Toilet was wet the whole time. Could be improved by fixing the leaking toilet and staff could have mope it everyday.
However, on overall, the hotel does provide good accomodation.

A great hotel. staff very nice and always friendly to help you. Nice rooms, very clean and smart. Many tours to get there. I´ll be back!!!

The swimming pool is too small and too much chlorine in the pool water.

I just came back from my stay in this hotel. The staffs are friendly, the rooms are clean, the services are excellent. Location wise is a bit out of the way but then it´s near to patong beach but you have to go walk thru some building. Beside that, i will say that it is a great hotel to live in.
