A really good hotel for a family. Excellent for the kids with nice pool area and free ice cream and snacks. Rather short way to the beach and to the shops + restaurants in Karon.

We love the hotel and the friendly staff. The location of the hotel was fantastic, near the restaurants and shops, but very calm and peaceful hotelarea.

Great Getaway for the Family

First time staying at the Ramada Karon and was not disappointed. The daily breakfast was great but could have changed the menu coz after eating the same food for 4 days... but in all fairness almost all hotels don´t change their menu too. The theme rooms was great for the kids with Cartoon Network and PS2 consols. Only complaint is the bed in the Underwater Room was terrible and was wondering if the empty fish tanks breed mosquitoes? Thats why we changed to a Space Room after the 2nd night and the staff were more than willing to accomodate our request. Free ice cream, kids activity room, water slide at the pool I would recommend this place especially for families with young children.

Ignore all previous reviews you might find on other websites for its previous guise as the Felix Karon. Has been taken over by Ramada and transformed with no expense spared. Now a genuine 4/5 star hotel so if still offered at 144 baht whist they finish work during the day snap it up - interference during the day is minimal.

I liked everything.
I reccomand that the new staff at the internet cafe how to help people and learnes how to make good food!! They are very new at all of this.
But the hotel staff was nice and frindly. Some of them are aslo very new and don´t speak very good Englisch.
