location is O.K, near Bus terminal

I and my family stay at Rome Place on 19 & 20 Dec/09. I choice this hotel b'cause the location near the Bus terminal( due to our next trip to Bangkok) and the price is average.
I don't like the room (we stay at superior room). the room's A C was very noisy.
