For myself, it's simple. Not that good or bad, but location is very excellent.

the bathroom and toilet smelled. the aircon very noisy and there was a lot of noise at nightime with single men bringing back ladies to there rooms. the breakfest was very poor so didnt bother to get up to have it after 2nd day. the pool area is ok and your about 15 min walk to bangla road and the beach. but overall phuket was very expensive and dissapointing and i wont be going back.

this hotel is about 10/ 15 mins from beach , if you can stand be pested all the time from sellars. the breakfast was rubbish so didnt go after 1st time. the air con in rooms is very noisy and there are many single men bringing back girls in the night making plenty of noise.overall this hotel has seen better days and if you can afford it pay more and go somewhere else. phuket was vaey dissapointing and expensive and i wont be going again.

very good hotel handy to you could want with all the action only a short walk away.Breakfast was average, pool great,and staff, exellent value for money.Beds quite hard but thats not unusual for Thailand.Would stay there again.
