Small but good

Clean and good value for money,helpful with friendly staff all the time as I stayed.They have cute small swimming pool.About 5 mins walk to beach and local restaurants.I don't forget this hotel for next holiday.

room is very clean and bed is big. free-wifi is provided. swimming pool is small. but the boat tickets from Phuket to Phi phi is a little bit expensive than other angency. good hotel.

Location is at the northern end of Patong Beach, but the rooms are clean, with excellent hot water pressure, big refridgerator, cable TV, great food at very cheap prices, balcony, swimming pool, king size bed. No joiner fee. Very good value at about $16 AUD per night. Hard to beat

My title says it all. If you're on a budget and would like to stay near where all the actions are, then this place is for you. I was really surprise at first when I got in. With the low prices that they are charging, I was truly surprise with the condition of the rooms, it was huge, comfortable, clean, with basic ammenities and I did get a room at the top floor which has the view of the beach and ocean.

The room is spacy, the service is good, the location is quite. If I come back to Patong again, i will surely stay again in Seven seas.
