Clean and nice place easy walk to the beach and all staffs is lovely and helpful. Good room at a good price. Food is good and breakfast is often included.

The hotel is equally well situated for the beach and the.town. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was very large with a kitchen area and comfortable. The pool was super and the breakfast adequate without being exciting for European tastes.

The location is excellent, near the beach.Night entertainment is walking distance. The hotel room is clean but quite small,maybe I'm a big guy.The staffs are very very friendly,everything they can help.

The room we had was nice and clean. Pool was lovely and relaxing. Hotel is in a great location for walking around the sights of Patong Beach. Easy access to beach and main road.

if you like to go to patong and wont spend a lot of money, stay calm and close to the sea and downtown - stay here

We will definetely re-book at this hotel. I have a very bad leg & the staff were genuine & caring.They gave us a room so close to the pool.Only bad comment was the beds are to firm.We went & bought a sponge mattress for about 10 bucks and problem solved.The pool is deep & spotless.We only planned to stay 4 nights and stayed 8.We have stayed 3 times in Phuket & this was the best clean & friendly & nothing was too much trouble.They even offered to upgrade us, but we loved the location by the pool
