This is only one of the many elements providing a calm and relaxing stay for guests at Ayara Hilltops Hotel Phuket. The exclusive villas, ranging in size from 103 sq m. to 210 sq m., are designed with originality and feature diminishing boundaries between the interior and exterior.

The resort is located on a hill, we really enjoyed walking to/from our auite through the tropical garden. If you don´t like walking or your suite is higher up the hill the resort will pick you up whenever you want. Suite is excellent: living room, bedroom, large bathroom with walk in rainshower and separate bath tub. We had the cheapest suite type which is the best value for money. The more expensive suite only has an enclosed garden you will never use and an outdoor shower which is not important for us. Nice terrace with your own jacuzzi. Suite is modern with tropical influences. Lots of dark wood but nicely done. Reception area is open and again very nice. Restaurant serves modern fusion food at night which is good however the 20+ beach restaurants give you that real Thai vacation feeling so we enjoyed those more. Breakfast is good with free espresso or capuccino if you don´t like typical breakfast filter coffe (I don´t). We had an excellent meditation class in the Spa and came out enlightened ;-). Again - I´m repeating myself - the spa has great facilities. All staff are as friendly as they get in Thailand. You can ask them anything and they will do their best. ONE DOWNSIDE is the road that runs right beside the resort. It is the main road along the coast so you don´t get complete silence, e.g. you can´t hear the waves. To be honest, a bit annoying. However I would recommend this beautiful resort.

Lots of stairs, but for what you can enjoy at breakfast and on holidays, you need the exercise! Staff happy to drive you up or down at any time. Location and view fantastic! I could move there in a flash!
