Twin Palms is a excellent hotel located near Surin Beach

Surin Beach is situated in a small bay unlike the larger and much busier beaches nearby. The Catch Beach Club has a great atmosphere especially in the evening at sunset with a drink. Twin Palms swimming pools are large and excellent with shade from nearby palm trees.
Rooms are nicely located near or within a step into the water. Rooms are modern, clean and large. Some lagoon rooms may not be so private as their patio areas are near the footpath. Service at the resort was good with no complaints. I would recommmend this resort for adults and not young children.
Service in the Oriental Spoon restaurant was mainly good but menu could of had more fish/ Thai dishes. The Twinpalms Residence Suite rooms are two levels (approx 200 sq metres) and are about 2 years old with plunge pool. They are located a block behind the Lagoon rooms. The main resort is approximately 5-6 years old.

Got upgraded to One Bedroom Residence Suite! Holiday went from GOOD TO SUPERB!!!! Excellent staff service. Will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip to Phuket!

we were made very welcome and upgraded because they were working on the pool but this did not detract from the hotel - the staff even sent my wife and letter on her birthday - do not even know how they knew - they organised diving and cars for us - breakfast was great - staff very attentive and helpful - l will be back

Pity about the renovations that were happening whilst we were there, the noise wasn´t really conducive to a relaxing stay. When we booked the hotel seemed to have a policy of discouraging kids staying there, but most days there were out of control brats staying there, with parents oblivious to the discomfort of other guests. The hotel was hardly the place for kids, great for the parents. The hotel should perhaps stick with its policy of discouraging kids and encourage parents to bring the family when they´re all at least 21!

the hotel was really beautiful. the rooms were great, extremely comfortable, with great outdoor bathroom concept. the landscaping of the hotel was lush. the reception area was pure understated elegance.
