Woraburi Phuket Resort and Spa is absolutely fabulous. The room is big and spacious with excellent decor. The Resort is peaceful, quiet and the best place to stay if you want to get away from City life.
I received excellent service from the hotel staff and they were very friendly and helpful. I felt like a Queen during my 3 days' stay there. The only disappointment was that their spa facilities were not ready and i had to go out of the Resort hunting for a good spa place.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. Really enjoyed our stay in Karon Beach staff were friendly but a little too busy, maybe need an extra staff member on front counter. Room was nice but smelt a little like mould. Air conditioning did not work proparly but was quickly fixed by staff and we were offered another room if need be. Apart from the above we really loved the Hotel and would stay there again.

Loved the hotel, ideal as a base to return to after day trips etc.We were upgraded to a cabana room which I would highly recommend, as you are guaranteed a spot by the pool, I did see some other rooms have difficulty on occasions getting a sun-bed due to the early morning 'towel layers' occupying limited poolside spaces. But hey the beach is just across the road.

The hotel was a good choice overall. The Superior rooms were all booked so we received a Junior Suite instead at no extra charge. The room was large and very nice, but the bed was extremely hard. The staff was friendly and tried to help, but we did have some trouble communicating at times. The one issue that we did have was when we wanted a wake up call at 5:30. We were awakened at 4:30 according to our clock so we called the front desk to verify the time and they insisted that it was 5:30. We verified our clock, CNN and the cell phone, the actual time was 4:30.
