ดิชั้นและเพื่อนๆ 2 ครอบครัวตั้งใจเลือกพักที่นี่เพราะดูแล้วที่พักสวยแต่เจอกับการบริการที่ทำให้ผิดหวัง ไม่มีwelcome drink ห้อง lake villa 39 มีปัญหาไฟดูด ไฟฟ้ารั่วที่ฝักบัว ขอเปลี่ยนห้อง แต่ ลดเกรดห้องพัก ลง ได้ย้ายห้องตอนเกือบๆ 4 ทุ่ม ทั้งๆที่แจ้งเรื่องไฟฟ้ารั่วตั้งแต่6โมงเย็น ของใช้ในห้องไม่ครบแจ้งพนักงาน แต่พนักงานเหลืออยู่คนเดียวคือ bell boy ก็ต้องช่วยๆกันปูเตียง ไม่รู้ว่าสงสารพนักงาน รีสอร์ท หรือตัวเอง เจอปัญหาเรื่องกุญแจห้องเดิมหาย คิดค่ากุญแจ 5,000 บาท รู้สึกแย่ที่สุดตั้งแต่พักโรงแรมมาเลยค่ะ แต่ไม่ได้จ่ายนะคะ โชคดีที่หาเจอก่อนจะออกจากโรงแรม
ตอนแรกตั้งใจจะรีวิวนะคะ ว่าจะลงแนะนำใน พันทิพย์ด้วย แต่ตอนนี้ขอทำใจก่อนค่ะ..ทางรีสอร์ทจะต้องปรับปรุงเรื่อง การบริการ วันที่เข้าพักเป็นคืนวันเสาร์แต่หลัง 4 ทุ่มมีพนักงานคนเดียวค่ะ การแก้ปัญหา เกิดปัญหาที่ห้องพักทางคุณ ลดเกรดห้องพักโดยสภาพห้องก็จัดไม่เรียบร้อย ผิดหวังมากเพราะแนะนำเพื่อนมาพักด้วย

food is expensive and service is pretty slow. the place is very far from hua-hin, 2 hours ride. not suitable for tourists from far away.

Nice villas

Stayed recently in this beautiful villa resort direct at the beach in Prachup. The resort is new and has any villas some of them with their own pool. The location is perfect as it is direct at the bankrut beach but you only 1.30 minutes to hua hin airport . The villas are equipped with TV and DVD and have a large bathroom/outdoor shower. The mini bar is for free and they have a rich buffet breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure to stay there for a few nights and we will definitely come back.

Very nice hotel with poor service

- noisy room next to construction site
- request for quiet room denied, despite mostly empty hotel and thus plenty of available rooms
- very poor breakfast
- Internet PC is often persistenly used by their own staff, WLan router is disconected
- staff does not respond to requests from guest
- we checked-out 1 day earlier than paid for

Clean and friendly service.

The hotel was clean and they had friendly service. The free breakfast and Wi-Fi Internet ,
Bathroom was clean and large with outdoor shower, you can walking on long beach and relaxing with natural surroundings...

The Most Relaxing Resort in Thailand

My friends and I found this place by accident. Orginally, we wanted to stay at Banito Beach Resort. Once we paid for one night and were shown to our cottage, we were not happy with the facilities at all. Banito Beach Resort was nothing like their website. The place is run down and the swimming pool is quite small. We were really disappointed. So we walked down the street and asked if we can see the room at Keeree Waree. We knew immediately that this was the place for us. The ground is well kept. The swimming pool is beatiful. The staff is really helpful despite language barrier. The prices are comparable and good value. We stayed there for 4 nights and 5 days in August 2008. I definitely will recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get away from the crowd and the noise. Don´t expect any night life or entertainment because there isn´bars or clubs. This is a place for you if you want absolute peace and relaxation.

This resort, Keeree Waree, makes my wife and I fully realize what a boutique hotel means. The resort´s architectural design is truly stunning, it´s the charm of the exotic clubhouse that captured our attention and made us stop and try staying a night at the resort. We were very impressed with everything, bedroom , bath and shower in the garden and the European food was also excellent. Can´t believe there´s such a charming resort at this small village.

This is an amazing boutique resort: the beach is real cool, long and super clean. It´s a place to spend full moon party with girlfirend, Can´t describe how romantic the clubhouse is under the moonlight.
