No one cleaned the room. Breakfast was 2 slices of bread and 1 jam. Water in swimmingpool was wery dirty

Well, this hotel is NOT in Prachuap KK - it's about 65 km away from it! The room was "basic" and it smelt as though we were the first people to have used the room in a very long time! It felt like a very "tired" room and needed some TLC. The room service was poor - we had to ask for our bedding and towels to be changed or I think they would not have bothered for the whole of our stay. They offer free bicycle hire but the problem was finding one that was roadworthy - I mean brakes (at least one that worked) and pedals should be a pre-requisite! Food was OK, just. Not top of my list of places to go back to.

All Friendly. Good service in a Banito hotel with very nice rooms. beautiful swimming pool & beach. The restaurant is just unbelievable. The price is really cheap for the overall package. Strongly recommended.
