Fair but quite old
by P.Cooparat from Thailand
It's city center, large and well-known. However, the pool, both standard and mineral, looks too small. It's quite old and renovation is must if they still want to sale the room with this current price.
Exemplary staff

Service is first class. Room assigned had some breakdowns like window latch coming off, the bathtub plug was jammed and the aircon making rock music. The staff responded quickly and decided to shift us to another room. They came promptly to assist with the shifting and with broad smiles on their faces. This is something which sadly is missing in much of the hotels in Bangkok nowadays. Breakfast is good.
Helpful in arranging transfer to pier to Koh Phayam.
Perhaps the hotel should consider changing the windows to sliding type, this saves on maintenance.
Lovely swimmingpool and good location.

The hotel picked us up at the airport and took us straight to the hotel. The room was good size but the bathroom was in need of a makeover. The outdoor swimmingpool and the hot water jucuzzi was excellent. The restaurant didnt impress me at all.No bbq as it said on he webpage, got a hot coffee when i ordered a white russian, we got the wrong bill and she gave our bill to someone else and when we asked for the correct one she couldnt print it again..very poor english skills. Breakfast is ok but more asian style than western style.
Great stay!
The room was quite new and spacious. I had deluxe room with welcome fruit and special mineral water which was quite nice. Breakfast was ok. The hotel is located not far from the market and facility is great. Thai massage, small bar by the pool. The best was hot mineral jacuzzi spa.
