Liked a lot; rooms are a little bit "oldish" and worn. Excellent service and really friendly staff. Owner and her wife are most helpful persons. I had really nice 3 weeks at this hotel on november 2010 - couln't ask for more !

I've stayed here twice, simply because there are few places on this on Rampheung that can be reserved online. It's a super mellow hotel, especially on the weekdays, and right across the street from the beach so you can't beat that. The rooms are big, but a bit 'grotty' and seem rather weathered and musty for what you pay. But the rates are average for most places on this beach 6-700 baht. The staff are very sweet and attentive, and the owner is a very nice man who speaks great English. Can be a bit difficult to find on your first visit, and even getting in and out of Rayong can be challenging. I would probably stay here again, particularly because it IS removed from the main road and so feels nice and secluded. Also the view of the swamp and mountains from the back rooms is quite picturesque.

very nice beach less then 100 meters away.clean rooms ,but watertaps in bathrooms are not working to well,the cleanliness of to pool is not up to standart,(green looking water)non working filter system ,during my stay (7 days),restaurant not open during the week(in February 09)
