An associate recommended this little boutique hotel as I frequent BKK for work often and am tired of the chain hotels. This hotel has an African Theme of all things and is located on Soi 33 close to the BTS stations and Emporium. What sets this property apart is the personalized service you get. The staff to guest ration is incredible and you are never without anything you need. The any time breakfast included in the room was nice for the days you got to sleep in if you wanted too and the wired interent in the room with free wifi around the pool was a nice touch. Let me be by the pool relaxing while doing work instead of chained in the room. There is a bar on the property which is nice and it is NO smoking (you can go near the pool to smoke if you want) but it is not loud of such and keeping you up all night if you are trying to sleep in the room. Soi 33 does have some hostess bars on the street but once you walk into Livingstones it is like you are transported outside of BKK and you forget you are in the middle of the city. A welcomed relaxing location and property over the other serviced apartments and hotels in BKK.
