we like the resort a lot but we wanted a fridge to have cold water and drinks. And the manager was very helpful and nice to us.

I like is the location and the dislike is the beach no maintain, not clean, alot of dog around.

I like everything!

Convenient because it is next to Immigration.
The rooms are very clean and hotel service is excellent. Can have more beach chairs as high periods there is not enough and guest have to walk further along the beach to find a good spot.

The best resort on the beach on the best part of the beach!
The only dislike we have is that you have to be on the beach at 7 am to get a hold of one of the sunbeds. This big resort only have about 20 sunbeds.

The resort locates a good place to review the sea, and the room is nice and offers ABF, we can have our foods with a very beautiful seaview, and the price is nice compared to other resorts, recommend to who travelled in LIPE island.

The staff was very friendly. The most beautiful beach was just in front of the hotel.

It is an OK place, but for the money paid you end up too far from the beach, and the beds are hard as rock. Even though the resort has a very nice appearance with lush plantations the service is poor. The breakfast was chaotic with 50% missing at any given time (only forks no spoons, no fruit, toast but no butter etc), and staff standing around looking bored. The food was expensive and not so tasty, and the feeling was that you bothered the staff with ordering. If stay in this hotel, eat the food elsewhere. It is also strrange that the resort which run speedboatservice keep supporting the local boatindustry by unloading the passangers and luggage on a floating platform 100m from the beach. The intention is to support the local boatsmen, which is a nice thought, but the effect is too many boats on the beach which brings noise and will kill the nearby coralreef in a few years from pollution and sloppy anchoring. The Bundhaya resort on the wonderful island of Ko Lipe has grown too big too fast.

the garden deluxe rooms were above expectations. very good materials. the outdoor-shower was especially nice. but the beach is disappointing - apart from the perfect white sand. about 35 boats in the tiny bay don't leave much space for swimming and snorkelling. and once they head off to get more customers, hell breaks lose - in terms of noise. furthermore, there's not enough space in the breakfast-area, the tables weren't always clean and the breakfast-buffet was a big disappointment. if u take the room and go swimming elsewhere, you might still have fun there.
