a lilttle dissappointed

the place is great, clean and location is good, room is spacious. i took beach front villa and it is really good. service is not bad but i dislike that they will rush you to check out.... early at 11.30am they get you to check out and by 11.40am their staff start knocking the door.... ish! after that we get them to send us to the platform for speedboat... they use a long tail boat to pick up total 8 guest and 20 over construction workers... with NO life jacket! and the boat is really packed!

I loved the wiew that we had frpm our bungalow. The hotell is situated right att the best beach (sand) at Koh Lipe.
The only thing i can complain about was the breakfast. It was not much to choose. For a 4 star hotell it was not acceptabel.
But anyway i would choose Sita again if i come back!

Excellent location

A very nice hotel. It is located on the best side of the beach. You have to walk about 400m to the walkingstreet but the best place to swim is just outside the hotel.

Det är ett mycket fint hotell, rent och välskött. Personalen gör allt för att hjälpa en. Be personalen boka transfer när ni ska härifrån. De gör det utan att det kostar extra och det blir garanterat rätt. Hotellet ligger på den lugnare delen av stranden och här är det bäst att bada. Revet ligger bara 50 m ut från stranden.

It was good to have the swimming pool plus direct access ti the beacg. The landscaping will be lovely when it is established but this is a new hotel which is not yet complete. Ongoing work to finish the project detracted a little from our enjoyment but we would return as the food in the restaurant was good and the staff were helpful, friendly and pleasant
