The bungalows are nice and clean, the staff is very friendly. The food is good and the breakfast line is huge, and there's something for everyone.

Incompetent staff and high prices

The staff was unprofessional and incompetent - only a few could answer simple and basic questions.
The prices for trips arranged by Charlie were way more expensive compared to the same trips arranged by the surrounding hostels/hotels.
The location was perfect for trips to the surrounding sights.
The location of the hotel was good.

good resort

We Stayed for 3 nites at Charlies in a air con room and we very much enjoyed the resort and area. We had read some reports about the resorts food and do not eat there any they are dead wrong. We very much enjoyed the food and service. The Island is not very developed and is very Thai and that was real cool with about 1200 Thais living on the Island. They were very friendly. We will go back again
