Good Value Money

This was the second time i had stayed in udon and found the hotel to be everything i need and found the service first class in everyway. Only thing i would say is the rooms need to be updated as the look old and out of date with more modern hotels.location is near the center and there is good parking with security.Staff were friendly and very helpful to me when I stayed.

Good Value for the price
We stayed here it was comfortable, the room clean and provided real respite from the heat and streets. Furniture and amenities a little dated everything worked, but functional Internet access limited to lobby and some guest rooms. (our room is no free wifi i spent and they want 100 bht for wifi ) the location is good very central to down town roi-et. The restaurant was a bit on the high side considering the area but the food was fine and service was good. Breakfast was very simple even though I did eat the Sunday buffet.

Good breakfast, newspaper in room, friendly staff.
Advertised as non-smoking hotel, but smoke odor was common in hallways and in the room on occasion.

This is the 3rd time ive stayed at this hotel,the hotel is in an ideal location just a 5 minute walk from shopping centre,bars and restaurant.Rooms very large and always clean.Price is excellent and half of the price of a similar hotel in Bangkok or Pattaya. If I had any negatives the only thing I could think is more english speaking channels on the tv would be nice. Will stay again, definatly one of the better hotels.

Very well placed hotel, always clean, very large bedrooms.Always a nice atmostphere with nice swimming pool and live music in the evenings, very secure with friendly staff.I am very hard to please when it comes to hotels but for the price this hotel is excellent at half the price of a hotel of the same standard in Pattaya or Bangkok.

Vey large rooms always spotless, good hot breakfast, excellent location a small walk to udons nightlife or a 20bt tuk tuk ride. nice swimming pool with diving board, and hotel has its own nightclub/ kareoke which is always full with a great atmostphere.

one thing i wasn't happy with THE POOL poorly maintained. Guests including my partner & myself were cut on tiles. I wrote that in my guest comment review to managers attention. it will certainly make me think about to re-vsit or not on my next stay..children couldn't enjoy their swim & parents worried. the hotel MUST attack this issue both floor & edges are very DANGEROUSLY SHARP...shut it down for total REPAIRS IMMEDIATLY...or loose returning guests simple as that.

I was surprised about this hotel, because much better as I was thinking before when booking.
good location - near to shopping center and night market - very clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff and a very good breakfast. If I will come again to Udon, shure I will stay again in this hotel.

The room was excellent - big, clean and had a water heater and tea/coffee facilities provided.
The location is great - we walked to Robinson's Central Plaza and the night market with each walk taking about 10 - 15 minutes.
The breakfast was fairly standard though and after reading some reviews I must admit I was a little disappointed with it.
There are many hotels in Udon and this is one of the better ones. I can see that we'll stay here again in the future.

Just a short walk from bus station

Easily to find when I was getting off the bus. It's located just a minute walk from the bus station. What I like the most of this hotel is breakfast.
