Tired
by Daniel Boyd from Bangkok
This is an old hotel and it shows. Stained carpets, moldy showers, leaky faucets. Nice staff, always helpful. Average breakfast. We booked the junior suite for an extra 200 baht and it was nice and big. Wine cellar now overpriced.
Excellent service
Excellent service for pick up transfer and all staff beaming and attentive service. The hotel is not new, but clean. room it's convenient. Breakfast was delicious. My friends and I agree that it is more convenient than it is in a distant province.
Great Value, Typical Upcountry Hotel
by Daniel Boyd from Bangkok
If the occasional iron burn on the carpet and a bit of mold in the shower doesn't bother you much, then this a really great value. The food is pretty good, and the wine cellar is amazing. I haven't used the pool but it looks great. Have stayed here at least ten times.
Decent hotel, great value.

Your average upcountry hotel with a bit of mold in the showers. Excellent hotel shuttle service. Generally nice staff. Typical hotel unremarkable breakfast. Good rooms.
Food and coffee-fail miserably and no ENG. TV.
by Nikolas from Canada and Thailand
Although the hotel looks okay from outside, not much value inside. The breakfeast buffet is of the lowest quality i experienced, coffee bad, even the eggs cold and left out.Variety limited.Although the rooms a bit older, they are acceptable.THe TV had no english channels and the picture quality was hardly watchable.Management needs to correct the food and provide new TV's before i woyld consider another stay here.
Good Hotel, Great Wine Cellar!
by Daniel Boyd from United States
I've stayed here a few times. The rooms are large and well furnished, and always very clean. The facility is a bit worn, but the price is great. The breakfast is OK, but uninspired. Tuk-tuks outside the front door to take you anywhere in the city, and you can walk to Prajak Park which is both huge and beautiful. The Wine Cellar is amazing; always has great specials. Also, you can walk to Udhon's best restaurant, Good Everything.
Location is great
by Don Clay from Australia
I love the ambience and the quality and if I had any complaint it is one and that is the language barrier on each shift but that is half my problem also for not speaking Thai. All in al I love the place and it's people.
Helpful Staff
by Don Clay from Perth Western Australia
I found that a junior suite is the minimum for a long stay and I was there for 3 weeks and everyone could not do enough for us except that they did not always on every shift have someone to understand english and that is the only negative I could add.
Location far away from nightlife shopping etc.
