Explore the BIGGEST fresh mar­ket in Bangkok, “Khlong Toei” mar­ket, to learn about Thai veg­eta­bles, spices, and herbs as well as get fresh ingredients.

  • Afternoon Class: House of Taste Thai Cooking school.

Remark

  • Children between 7 -11 years old will be charged as the child price.
  • In any case of your booking isn't matched with reality when you show upfront (such as child's age, child's height, the quantity of people and etc), you are responsible to pay the additional charge upfront the show/tour. Important Thing To Know

  • Open daily: Morning Class starting time 08:30 am - 12:30 pm (with market tour) and Afternoon class starting time 13:30 pm - 17:30 pm (without market tour/ Mango carving instead).
  • Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
  • Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from our initial meeting spot, you may be considered a no-shows.
  • Itinerary may be subject to change or cancellation according to local weather conditions. In the event of bad weather, tours will be postponed until suitable conditions arise.

  • MONDAY......Spicy Lemongrass Salad (Yum Ta-Krai), Stir-Fried Noodles with Shrimp (Pad-Thai), Green Curry with Chicken, Banana in Coconut Milk.
  • TUESDAY......Green Papaya Salad (Som Tum), Stir-Fried Noodles with Shrimp (Pad-Thai), Red Curry with Chicken, Mango Sticky Rice.
  • WEDNESDAY......Shrimp Salad (Pla Goong), Stir-Fried Noodles with Shrimp (Pad-Thai), Massaman Curry with Chicken, Banana in Coconut Milk.
  • THURSDAY......Hot and Sour Soup with Shrimp (Tum Yum Goong), Stir-Fried Noodles with Shrimp (Pad-Thai), Green Curry with Chicken, Mango Sticky Rice.
  • FRIDAY......Spicy Coconut Soup with Chicken (Tom Kha Gai), Stir-Fried Noodles with Shrimp (Pad-Thai), Red Curry with Chicken, Banana in Coconut Milk
  • SATURDAY......Deep-Fried Spring Rolls Served with Sweet Chilli Sauce, Stir-Fried Noodles with Shrimp (Pad-Thai), Massaman Curry with Chicken, Mango Sticky Rice.
  • SUNDAY......Hot and Sour Soup with Shrimp (Tum Yum Goong), Hot and Sour Soup with Shrimp (Tum Yum Goong), Panang Curry with Chicken, Mango Sticky Rice.

Class Schedule for Morning Class (incl. market tour)

  • 8:30 am: Check in at exit No. 1 MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre station
  • 8:40 am: Local market tour, shop for fresh ingredients, then back to school
  • 9:15 am: Introduction to vegetables and rice and preparation of coconut milk, Sticky rice, and cream
  • 10:00 am: Cooking session 1 and enjoy your dishes
  • 10:30 am: Cooking session 2 and enjoy your dishes
  • 11:00 am: Cooking session 3 and enjoy your dishes
  • 11:30 am: Dessert session and enjoy your dish
  • 12:00 pm: Class ends

Class Schedule for Afternoon Class (no market tour)

  • 1:30 pm: Check in at our school
  • 1:40 pm: Introduction to Thai vegetables, rice, spices, and herbs. Preparation of coconut milk, Sticky rice, and cream
  • 2:45 pm: Cooking session 1 and enjoy your dishes
  • 3:15 pm: Cooking session 2 and enjoy your dishes
  • 3:45 pm: Cooking session 3 and enjoy your dishes
  • 4:15 pm: Dessert session and enjoy your dish
  • 5:00 pm: Class ends
