Good location for Bangkok Hosp
I had a recent stay at this hotel and it was great. Upon check-in, we had to wait for half an hour to get a room. They informed me that i booked wihtout breakfast but it was fixed after I asked them to double checked. Room Service order taker was not really polite most of the time. Breakfast is just okay. Location is far from the downtown but it's acceptable as we were there to see the doctor at Bangkok hospital. It's very convenient for the guest who come for hospital."Tommy" from Concierge is outstanding and I really appreciate for his hospitality service. Housekeeping staff is also friendly and helpful even though they do not speak English well. Overall, we had a memorable stay at A-one.

To far from anything
Too far from anything. You always need a taxi and the taxi general doesn´t know were this road is. You can not go out for a walk at night - to dark. Maybe the surroundings will change in a few years, but for the moment I would not go back to this hotel. Staff is mostly kind, but a better knowledge of the english language should be better.

Nice Hotel with good rooms
Very good room (recently renovated. Only AC was too noisy. Helpful staff. No WLAN at 11th floor. Good food. Pool under renovation.
