Please plan to meet your tour guide in your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up time.

Transfer service operates according to pre-assigned and route only. Please let us know your hotel name during your booking process. We will confirm you the pick up time by email.

Extra charge will be applied for transfer in some Chiang Mai area. (To be advised)

Program is not suitable for children below the age 5 years and elderly from 65 years old.

Physical Requirements :

-Not suitable for the people weight over 115 kgs. -120 cms tall is permitted to go on the zipline. -The most important Heart diseases or high phobia are strongly forbidden.
