You must book at least 24 hours prior to arrival

You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher to enter to the attraction directly

The person who books and receives the confirmation voucher must present a valid photo ID/passport along with the voucher number

The voucher is valid only on specified date and time of the tour

This tour operates everyday

Time/Duration: Start time 08.00 am - 19.00 pm

Please bring a copy or photocopy of passport for registration

What to wear / What to bring: Please remember a change of clothes as you will get wet! A swimming suit (quick drying shorts to wear over swimsuit is recommended for comfort and cultural sensitivity), athletic shoes, sunscreen, refillable water bottle, small day pack, dry set of clothes, socks and dry shoes or sandals.

Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up time

Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel, you may be considered a no-shows

Rafting 10 km: Must be aged 15 years and older and be able to swim. Max Weight 120 KG.

Rafting 8 km: Must be age 7 years and older (Water level dependent: high water varies the most in July, August and September)

All participants should be in reasonable physical condition. If you have a heart condition, back, neck, broken bones or are pregnant our actives are not for you
