Comfortable and large room. breakfast was ok. Great location as its very near to BTS station.

The bellboy and the shuttle driver are informative and kind. However, the check-in counter service are not good. I stayed there three nights. At the first night, I was upgraded to the three-bedroom apartment because their two-bedroom apartment is not available. That's fine. Yet, at the second night, the booking system went wrong again! I was assigned to two separate one-bedroom apartments and that way, my two-year-old son and one-year-old were forced to stay in two apartments. I showed my dissatisfaction and asked them to solve the problem. I got the two-bedroom apartment I wanted at last.
Besides, the waiter and waitress in the breakfast restaurant are not that friendly!
