Everything great - location, service, room, cleanliness, business centre, pool. Breakfast bar great. Korean BBQ restaurant very good. Spa expensive

The accommodation is really clean, but you pay for the internet. Bed is a little hard, but clean. As soon as you leave, the staff are ready to take anything you may have left, this happens within minutes. Dont try to call the hotel, its really hard to communicate.

The best thing about the Pathumwan Princess is its location. It is right on Siam Square , attatched to MBK shopping centre and it is a 5 minute walk to the Skytrain. It has an excellent rooftop pool with hot tub . We upgraded to the Deluxe room and that was spacious with a very large bed.
Breakfast was good and the loop italian restaraunt on the pool floor was OK
Not a huge choice of restraunts and bars in this area, but they are only a short tuk tuk ride away

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel was clearly well run and efficient which is always comforting.
I was surprised that only one hand towel was provided in a double room but everything else was top notch.

The location is excellent, near to the MBK mall with all the shopping and food center. The hotel's staff is nice and helpful.

Beautiful hotel with very good facilities including pool, gym and right next door to a 6 storey shopping centre. First rate tailors shop at ground floor level as you walk to the shopping centre. Excellent service, very good breakfasts!
We were on the 25th floor with fantastic views. Very close to overhead train system & aquarium.

Had a very pleasant stay. Hotel staff very pleasant. Spaciious clean well serviced room. Great location near Jim Thompson house and a six floor shopping mall.

First class hotel, great location near 2 shopping malls. Prices in the hotel were the best for a hotel I have stayed in. Would certainly recommend it and I will stay there again
